An early Birthday Gifts to one of my close DA Friends 
When I designed a new outfit for Cynthia the Sinnoh Champion, Cici noted the new clothes resembles to Cici's own default outfit, that without the yellow stripes and stars. So thought.... What if Cici herself were to wear Cynthia's original outfit? And there you have it!!
Originaly... I was gonna have Cynthia herself in the PIC too in Cici's original outfit, but her Garchomp takes her place for the final render. Garchomp seems to be rather confused.... o.O
